Episode 11 on March 14th will feature a
performance by Jazz For Peace
at Citizen Restaurant in Dallas to benefit Animal
Guardians of America.
Jazz For Peace is a group of jazz artists
founded by Rick DellaRatta to spread peace around the world
through the international language of music.
Mr. DellaRatta visits with 'the FACE' about the
mission of Jazz For Peace and his efforts to help children gain access to
musical education and instruments around the world. Jazz For Peace
performed at the United Nations in September of 2002, and has since performed
over 200 times to help a variety of community organizations raise
funds for important social causes.
Their stop in Dallas was to benefit Animal
Guardians of America to help establish a new no-kill animal shelter in the
local community.
